By using the Free Sight Association website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

1. Our mission and status

This website is operated by Free Sight Association (FSA), a Tunisian civil-society association with UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status. Content on the site is published in service of our mission: advancing human rights, democracy, and civic engagement.

2. Use of content

Research papers, reports, policy briefs, and toolkits published in our Library are offered under a "knowledge commons" spirit:

If you want to use our materials in a way not covered above (translation, inclusion in a paid publication, etc.), write to us at contact@freesightassociation.org — we usually say yes.

3. Accuracy

We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we make no legal guarantee of correctness or completeness. Field conditions, policies, and laws change. Use our materials as a starting point, not a final authority.

4. Third-party links

This site links to external pages (partner organizations, UN bodies, academic publications, social media). We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

5. User submissions

When you submit a message through the contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that:

We handle submissions in line with our Privacy Notice.

6. Intellectual property

The FSA name, "Free Sight Association", the logo, and the visual identity of this site are the property of Free Sight Association. Original text, research, and imagery we publish are © Free Sight Association unless otherwise marked. Third-party logos (partners, donors) remain the property of their respective owners.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Tunisian law, FSA will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or its materials.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunis.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our work evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Significant changes will be announced on our homepage.
